| KRATKA VSEBINA | Avtorja izhajata iz različnih vrst struktur podjetja, pri čemer namenita posebno pozornost fleksibilni strukturi. V nadaljevanju proučujeta možnosti za vzpodbuditev sodelovanja zaposlenih pridoseganju poslovnih ciljev v podjetjih z omenjeno fleksibilno organizacijsko strukturo. Pri tem posebej obravnavata pomen momentov, kot so npr. obogatitev dela, avtonomni delovni teami, kreativnost in zbiranje idej ter nagrade in pozornosti, za zaposlene. Prispevek zaključita s prikazom načina pridobivanja in izobraževanja ter oblikovanja "šampionov" vteh podjetjih. // In the paper the authors emanate from various types of structures of the enterprise whereby they focus their attention to the flexible form. They examine the possibilities to encourage the employees inachieving the business objectives in enterprises with the flexible organisational structure. They particularly deal with some of the more important aspects concerning the employees, as for example: job enrichment,self-managed work teams, creativity and gathering of ideas, rewards and recognition. They conclude the paper by presenting the manner of recruitingand training as well as giving suggestions for creating "champions" in these enterprises. |
