| KRATKA VSEBINA | Avtor zagotavlja, da zahteva gospodarstvo vedno bolj usposobljen management v podjetjih in da izobraževalni proces nidržal in še ne drži korak s tem razvojem. Obstajajo tri velika področja, kjer je pristojnost managementa izredno pomembna: gre za kulturo, strukturoin strategijo podjetja. V tem okviru je tudi krmiljenje logističnega aparata brez ustreznega kontrolinga nemogoče, zlasti ne v dejavnostih, kjerse stalno menjujejo strukture komitentov in pošiljk. S tem v zvezi se proučuje Lean management v poslovni logistiki, outsourcing logističnih storitev in novi problemi vodilnih kadrov. Gre za to, da stojijo ekonomije razvitih držav pred zahtevo po večji uporabi znanja in pred zahtevo po izboljšanju produktivnosti intelektualnega dela, ker to šteje za ključni dejavnik prihodnjega doseganja blagostanja družbe. Družba znanja prinaša novosti, ki jih bo treba še dodobra raziskati, pa tudi v teoriji še ni jasne poti za reševanje teh problemov. // According to the author's opinion, the economy requires a highly professional management in enterprises but the educational process has not yet met the pace with this development. There are three main field in which the competence of the management is substantial, i.e. the enterprise's culture, structure and strategy. It is impossible to run the logistics process without adequate control especially not in the activities where the structure of customers and consignements are being constantly changed. In this connection, the lean management in the business logistics, the outsourcing of the logisticsservices and new problems of the executives are thoroughly studied. It is well known that the advanced countries' economies still face the demand fora better utilization of knowledge and the improvement of the productivity of the intelectual work since this presents a key factor for the future achievements of the society's prosperity. The society of knowledge is bringing the novelties which should be investigated in more detail, while there is not yet a clear way for the resolving there issues in theory. |
