| KRATKA VSEBINA | V prispevku poskušamo na podlagi splošne opredelitve sinergije kot smisla vsakršne kompozicije zastaviti oris tiplogije sinergijskih učinkov. Po eni strani gre za členitev na pozitivne in negativne sinergijske učinke in za posebnosti sinergijskih učinkov v integracijskih in kooperacijskih procesih. Po drugi strani obravnavamo sinergijske učinke v zaporednih (vertikalnih), vzporednih (horizontalnih) in mešanih povezavah. Tretji vidik členitve je prostorski: gre za znotrajpodjetniške in medpodjetniške sinergijske učinke, pa tudi za tiste, ki izhajajo iz povezanosti podjetja in okolja in iz medokoljskih povezav (npr. EU, regije ipd.). // On the basis of a general definition of synergy as a sense of each composition, the paper attempts to define an outline of the synergy-effects typology. On the one hand, the question is concerned with the analysis of the positive and negative synergy-effects in the integration and cooperation processes. On the other hand, the synergy-effect in successive (vertical), parallel (horizontal) and mixed relations are examined. The third aspect of analysis is physical: herein, we are concerned with the intra-entrepreneurial and inter-entrepreneurial synergy-effects, and also with those proceedings from the linkage of an enterprise with the environmental relations (e.g.: the EU, region, etc.). |
