KRATKA VSEBINA | Ena največjih novosti novega standarda ISO 9001-2000 je zahteva po stalnem izboljševanju učinkovitosti sistema vodenjakakovosti in njegovih posameznih procesov. Stalno izboljševanje, ki ga standard opredeljuje kot proces, je zahtevna naloga in hkrati izziv za vsa podjetja, ki si z vspostavitvijo sistema vodenja kakovosti skladno z zahtevami standarda želijo nekaj več kot je samo certifikat. Stalno izboljševanje ni zgolj samo podajanje predlogov za izboljšave, temveč niz med seboj povezanih aktivnosti načrtovanja, izvajanja, preverjanja in ukrepanja z uporabo politike kakovosti, ciljev kakovosti, zbiranja in analiziranja podatkov, notranjih presoj, korektivnih in preventivnih ukrepov in vodstvenih pregledov. // ǂThe ǂmost significant novelty of the new ISO 9001-2000 standard is the demand for continious improvement in the efficiency of the quality management system and its particular process. This continuous improvement, as defined in the standard as a process, is a very difficult task and a chalenge for all companies which want, with the reinstatement of the quality management system according to the demands of the standard, something more than just a certificate. This continious improvement does not just frame the proposals for improvements but is a setof interconnected activities in planning, implementing, verifying, and taking actions using a quality policy, quality goals, data collection and analysis, internal audit, corrective and preventive measures, and examination by direction. |
