KRATKA VSEBINAǂThe ǂstandardisation is ousting the individuality, especially in a technical way. But, at the same time, it transposes it at the more subtle areas. In firms it is emphasised on the segment like social and intellectual capital. Their caracteristics determine the expressiveness of a firm individuality, which is at the same time a development stage of its identity evolution. The firm individuality provokes different reactions of business partners (interest, benevolence, preference, but also refusal, even hampering). Individuality demands a highdegree of ability to collaborate, especially in business connections like networks and contemporary business partnership. It puts into force the so-colled meta strategic management, transcendental values and collaborative individualism.
