| KRATKA VSEBINA | In the period of transition from the age of industry to the age of knowledge there still remain approx. 60% of the knowledge potential unused. The scientific research and operational practice have so far not provided explicit methods for approaching these knowledge reserves ("If Siemens knew what Siemens know", by Pierer, President of Managing Board, Siemens PLC). The (business) process-oriented enterprise organization shows one of the possible ways. Due to this horizontal organizational form the employees act and think beyond the scopeof their work, i.e. comprehensively. Everyone participating in the value creation process from start to finish is involved in input and output problem solutions, either operationally or though knowledge. Generated is an networked knowledge, a knowledge in system correlations is order to provide fast, flexible and cost-effective service. |
