KRATKA VSEBINAIn the paper, I present the starting-points and practical examples of how motivation proper measurement and reward system of management achievement are vitally important for companies. In companies, in which economic potentials and results are normal or in a highgrowth, measurement and rewarding of successes are similar, but also specific. Research information about rewarding management in Slovenia is started in the second part of this paper: * How managers are rewarded in Slovenian companies (internal relations, benefits), * How to create measurement system for successful evaluation, * Rule of the State and branch organization (management association). The analysis includes data from many "average" companies, compared with the situation of the companiesin crises.
