| KRATKA VSEBINA | This paper deals with the compensation management role in avoiding and overcoming the crisis. The most important arias: forming of compensation policy, incentive and alternative pay plans are analysed and discussed. To confirm the thesis that in Croatia neither appropriate attention is given to compensation management nor to the inluence it can have in overcoming the crisis, the authors present and analyse of empirical research made in 1996 in 86 Croatian companies. |
