| KRATKA VSEBINA | According to the most recent surveys, the transformation of the Hungarian economy had taken place under capital loss of war degree. Beside the macroeconomic respects of processes it is important to understand, under what kind of environmental relations, what kind of conditions the micro-participants - in this particular case the company sector, in which the extent of capital loss had been the largest - had operated. In these years for many companies the crisis situation represented the "normal" condition, and crisis management constituted the "normal" management - as it is pointed out the following article. In my work I try to analyze the most typical reasons of company crises, the possibilities of their solution, with special regard to the Hungarian characteristics of the past years. |
