| KRATKA VSEBINA | Companies are created by entrepreneurial activities. In the paper we describe the switching between managerial and entrepreneurial activities and its importance for companies' success. If entrepreneurship disappears from the company, administrative ways of running the company prevail and company starts to lose its competitive advantage. We point out some reasons for de-entrepreneurialisation of a company. |
