KRATKA VSEBINA | Razvoj in razmah informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije je povzročil nove informacijske potrebe in posledično nove zahteve tudi za knjižnice, saj so le-te neločljivo povezane z informacijami. Pomembno podporo informacijsko-komunikacijskim storitvam zagotovo nudi spletna stran. Veliko šolskih knjižnic že ima svojo spletno stran, s katero se predstavlja, informira, promovira svoje storitve in "komunicira" z uporabniki. Spletna stran knjižnic lahko nudi uporabnikom šedruge storitve, npr. dostop do e-katalogov, podatkovnih baz, e-virov, sodelovanje v mrežnih projektih, forumih. Uporabniki knjižnic pa danes nisole iskalci informacij, temveč lahko v aplikacijskih okoljih spleta 2.0 vsebine tudi sami prispevajo. V prispevku so predstavljene nekatere referenčne storitve spleta 2.0, ki delujejo kot online referenčni servisi, kjer odgovore prispevajo uporabniki in ne knjižničarji. // The development and bloom of information-communication technology has caused new information needs and as a result new demands also for libraries, because they are undividedly connected with information. Important information-communication services are surely offered by a website. A lot of school libraries already have a website with which they present, inform,promote their services and communicate with users. A library website can also offer other services to its users: access to e-catalogues, data bases,e-sources, co-operation in network projects, forums, etc. Library users today are not merely information finders but, with the use of web 2.0 application environments, also contributors. This article presents certain reference services of web 2.0, which operate as online reference services where answers are contributed by users and not librarians. |
