KRATKA VSEBINA | Članek obravnava izkušnje slovenskih podjetij pri uvajanju in vzdrževanju sistema kakovosti po ISO 9001. V letih 1998 in 1999 sta bili izvedeni raziskavi vpliva ISO 9001 certifikata na konkurenčnost slovenskih podjetij. Anketirali smo vsa slovenska podjetja, ki imajo certifikat. Bistvene ugotovitve so: (1) vpliva ISO 9001 ne moremo posploševati s kazalci, kot so "učinkovitost izvajanja postopkov procesov" ter "kakovost proizvodov storitev"; (2) integrirati je treba splošno organizacijo in vodenje vseh vrst virov z ISO 9001 sistemom vodenja kakovosti; (3) v Sloveniji prevladuje tradicionalni managementski koncept, ki obravnava ISO 9001 kot tehnični problem uvajanja projekta v prakso brez upoštevanja ostalih projektov v organizaciji, vodenja virov in potenciala zaposlenih. Učinkovitost ISO 9001 sistema vodenja kakovosti lahko analiziramo le posredno, tako da merimo vpliv na splošno organizacijo, inovacije, inovativnost, upravljanje vseh vrst virov in poslovne rezultate.// The paper deals with the experience of Slovenian enterprises in the introduction and maintenance of the system quality according to ISO 9001. In 1998 and 1999 the investigation of the impact of ISO 9001 certificate onthe competitiveness of Slovenian enterprises were carried out. We surveyed all Slovenian enterprises, which hold the certificate. The main findings are as follows: 1. the ISO 9001 impact can not be generalized with the indicators such as the efficiency of the procedures/processes implementation and the "quality of products/services" 2. general organization and management of all types of sources should be integrated with the ISO 9001 quality management system; 3. in Slovenia, the traditional management concept, which considers ISO 9001 as a technical problem of introducing the project into practice without taking into account other projects in an organization as well as resource management and human resources, prevails. The efficiency of the ISO 9001 quality management system can be analysed only directly by measuring the impact on the general organization, innovations, inventveness, management of all types of sources and business results. |
