| KRATKA VSEBINA | Prispevek prikazuje interaktivni model dejavnikov ustanavljanja in rasti novih podjetij. Podrobneje pa se osredotoči samo na tisti vidik, ki govori o vplivu motivacije kot ene najpomembnejših lastnosti uspešnega podjetnika. Na osnovi pregleda teoretičnih izsledkov in tovrstnih praktičnih raziskav pridemo do najmanj dvoje ugotovitev. Prvič, potreben, vendar ne zadosten pogoj za ustanovitev in rast novih podjetij je, da je to cilj ustanoviteljev. Drugič, posamezniki z visoko motivacijo po dosežku in podjetniškem vedenju bolj verjetno dejansko ustanovijo svoja podjetja, njihova podjetja pa tudi uspešneje poslujejo in rastejo. // The study presents an interactive model of start-up and growth factors in new enterprises. It focuses in greater detail on the influence of motivation as one of the most important characteristics of a successful entrepreneur. Based on a review of theoretical findings and practical research at least two conclusions can bemade. Firstly, it is a necessary, but not sufficient condition for the establishment and growth of new enterprises that entrepreneurs set it as their goal. Secondly, it is more probable that individuals who are highly motivated to achieve results and to behave in an entrepreneurial manner actually establish firms and that these firms also operate and grow more successfully. |
