| KRATKA VSEBINA | Today's management is confronted with an ever-increasing dynamics and complexity of the economic field. In this environment external resources and their inter-organizational management become cruical factors for gaining and sustaining competitive advantages. Therefore, interactions with other organizations for exchanging and acquiring external resources are one of the focal points of management. Oneof the major objectives of this paper consists of providing the background for explaining the processes taking place with co-operations. In the courseof our investigation, we will examine how companies can obtain competitive advantages by participating in co-operations. Additionally, we will analyzesuccess factors of optimal interactions. |
