| KRATKA VSEBINA | The article presents the results of bibliometric analysis of three Teorija and praksa volumes: 1985, 1990, 1995; and compares them with some bibliometric data for the years 1996 and 1997. The object of analysis are published texts, the length of the texts, their tiltes, graphical presentations and citations. Special attention is given to the analysis of citations since its results are particularly interesting. They show at prevailing influence of American social sciences and at relatively low response rate of Slovenian published texts. The authors attempt to open a discussion about the role and the meaning of social science journals, particularly from the viewpoint of cumulation and response rate of the published research results. |
